Shortlisted candidates should be provided with details of the selection process,

including any tests, in writing giving as much prior notice as possible and a minimum of
5 working days before the interview. In accordance with the Equality Act 2010, they
should also be asked to advise if there are any particular arrangements or reasonable
adjustments that could be made so that they can participate fully in the selection
process.

3. Conduct at least three interviews for a particular role. When necessary adapt
interview techniques to meet the needs of social and cultural groups.

1. Telephonic interview- telephonic interviews are hugely valuable because this


interview is used to usually check the communication skill and check the
influencing power on call.
2. Video interview-these interviews (skype) are great for looking out the gesture and
posture and hand movement like wise confidence level also.
3. Panel interview- it is also called a face to face interview where two or more
specialized people sit and ask face to face, ask question andanswr round it like
a final interview.
