Klaus – Animated Movie

Managerial Functions (Plan, Organize, Lead and Control):


 The post mail service had a proper training way.
 They developed a way of properly manufacturing toys and delivering them.
 Jesper became the head post master in Smerensberg.
 Aksel Ellingboe was the planner, organizer and leader of his tribe.
 Tammy Krum was the head of his tribe.
Managerial Functions followed by Jasper:
Planning:
Jasper was appointed as post master in Smerensberg.
 He set a goals to delivered 7000 letters

Organize:
 He setup post office
 He only send letter with postal ticket
 He set a Graph of his goals
 He daily visit houses to collect letters
 He mark all the places in map of the island
 He calculate the days
Control:
 He perused children to send letters
 He made a story that if they send letter to ____ he will send them toys
 He send child to school so they can write a letter
Lead:
 He ensure that all child get toy
 He ensure that all child get toy of their choice
 He received letter daily
Managerial Functions followed by Jasper:
Planning:
 Aksel and Tammy unite both tribes to fight with their common enemy
 They plan to get rid of post master
Organize:
 They continuously watch post master routine
 They follow him every where
 They try everything so post man doesn’t receive letters
Control:

Lead:
 He ensure that all child get toy
 He ensure that all child get toy of their choice
 He received letter daily

Managerial Role:

Jesper:
 He acted as a spokesperson by delivering the message of sending mails.
 He was the one who was the figurehead.
 Etc etc.
Klaus:
 He was the sole toy maker.
 He communicated with children.
 He organized his toys and resources, so he was a good resource handler.
Place Klaus, Jesper and few other characters in the matrix and give reasons why.
