Consultants shall be FDOT prequalified in Work Class 3.1 Minor Highway Design, The U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE Economic Development Administration (EDA Investment No. 04-01-07483) and the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity Rural Infrastructure Fund is providing funding for this project. RFQ DEADLINE: Submitted on or before February 11,2021, no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time at Gulf County Clerk’s Office, 1000 Cecil G. The County may also request additional information from proposers that may be necessary to fully evaluate a proposal. After the Selection Committee has ranked proposals and submitted recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners, the County will then begin negotiations with the highest-ranked firm.
