e. Deductions applicable as per prevalent statutes shall be deducted from salary as and when
it becomes applicable to the company.

Hours of work and Leave policv:

3. The working hours and Leave policy of the company will be as follows

a. The working hours shall be a rninimum of 8 hours starting frorn 10:30 AM and ending at
07:30 PM with one break.
b. One break is of Lunch hour Break between O1:30 PM to 02:30 PM.
c. You shall be eligible for leave, reimbursements, etc., as per the policy of the company
applicable as on that date and changed frorn time to time

Termination of Emplovment:

4. During the Probationary Period and subsequent thereto, the Employer may terminate the
employment of the Employee at any time:

a. with just cause, in which case you are not entitled to any advance notice of termination or
compensation in lieu of notice;
b. without just cause, in which case the Employer shall provide you with one month advance
notice of termination or compensation in lieu of notice equal to one month salary, or such
other greater amount as is required by applicable law; and
c. it is specifically understood and agreed that upon fulfillment of the obligations set out in
paragraph 5(b) below, the Employer has no further obligation to you for notice or damages
whether at common law, equity, or otherwise.
d. The termination decision shall be guided by the code of conduct as adopted by the
company.
\>/ e. The full and final settlement will be done within one month in case of 5(b) below.

You may terminate your employment at any time after the conclusion of the Probationary
Period by providing IDE Consulting Services Pvt Ltd., with at least one month's advance notice

Non-Solicitation:

You hereby agree that for a period of twelve months from the date of termination of your
employment:

a. You will not solicit, take away, deal with, or transact any business or attempt to solicit, take
away, deal with, or transacf\business with any customers of the Employer, or with any
person or entity that identified by the Employer or by2lerlrself as a potential
