Security Assessment &Recommendation

Purpose:

Safety is considered as one of the most important things, because people need to
belong in a safe and secure community.

The purpose of this proposal is to make above level of security measure, that is more
efficient and more effective in terms of safety and security of the homeowners, also to offer easy
access of the needs of the homeowners and to provide the guard-on-duty one system that may
help them in monitoring the subdivision, and also to provide peace of mind and feeling of
security to the homeowners.

1. To prevent any loses & damages in properties of homeowners.

2. To strengthen night shift security, specially roving guard.

3. To protect homeowners from the intruders.

4. To avoid danger, harm, injury etc.

5. To make sure that homeowners are safe.

Who: - Security guard.

What: - Conduct time to time inspection within the area.

When: - During nighttime.

Where: -Within South Hampton Subdivision.

Why: -Many establishments use their own strategies in conducting and implementing
safety and security, not minding the cost of it because safety and security of the property are
the most concern of home owners.

How: - Additional posting of night shiftsecurity guard (roving/patrol).

Reason:

One of the main functions a security guard has, is to protect people and maintain safety. Often
times, the watchful presence of a security guard is enough to deter criminals and prevent
incidents.

1.We don’t have enough guard specially at night shift.

2. People are often grateful for the presence of a security guard and helping them feel
comfortable and safe.

be manned as Roving Guard at night for additional manpower for the convenience of home
owners and assisting visitors, delivery etc. Including monitoring the subdivision by conducting
Patrol around the Area.
