Janitorial Staffing
Who is Not Involved in This
Project?
■Outside visitors such as EMT and/or MED1
crew
■Agency Pharmacy Specialist
■Civilian Visitors
*These specific people are not involved in this
project because they come from other
facilities and are already provided with such
protective gear. Also, the Pembroke Center is
not, under any circumstances, allowing family
visitations at the moment of the COVID-19
What is the Time Frame for my Project?
*Completion Date: April 10th
• The installation of the protective gear in each
residents rooms should take no longer than
10 days to complete.
• Staffing must ensure there is the right
amount of supplies in stock before hand.
• Maintenance Staff must correctly install each
protective gear station in residents rooms.
Where is the Protective Gear
Located?
■The protective gear is located in the
supplies closet on “Short Hall” of
Pembroke Center.
■The Supplies closet is managed by Both
the travel nurse for Pembroke Center as
well as the assembly clerk for the agency.
Why This Project?

• Staff AND residences need to have access to

protective ware at all times. At this moment, the only
available access to protective gear is on two nurses
carts. One is located in “Short Hall” and the other on
“Long Hall”.
• Residents have to leave the faculty often for surgery,
doctors appointments, etc. Protective wear (Mask,
gloves, and eye ware) NEEDS to be accessible to them
at all times.
