You are going to do a role play as an FO staff based on the following topics. Your number on the
attendance is in accordance with the number of the topic. The topics are:
1. Handling reservations via telephone. A guest book a room with spouse for two nights
2. Handling check in with reservations (domestic guests)
3. Handling reservations with special request (honeymooners)
4. Escorting guests to the room and advising guests where to go
5. Handling check in with reservations (international guests)
6. Handling check out with extra charge
7. Handling check in without reservations
8. Handling complaints (guests asked for a different view, wrong bed reserved)
9. Handling late check out
10. Handling complaints (air conditioner is not cool and faucet leaks)

Record the role play. Make sure when you record, audience can see your body and gesture (no
close up recording to prevent you from reading only when doing the role play). Your partner will
get different topic.
