You can Sleep Deep Tonight

Try this easy and effective foot massage just before you go to bed.

1. Warm up a tablespoon of sesame oil in a small glass bottle (or jar) by keeping
it in a pot of hot tap water for 5 minutes.

2. remove the oil bottle from the pot and dry it a bit (so it doesn't slip from your
hands

3. place an old towel on the floor next to your bed. Also take a pair of old comfy
socks and 2-4 paper towels

4. sit on the edge of the bed with your feet on the old towel.

5. start by massaging your left foot with warm oil (women). Men can start with
their right foot. Lovingly massage the warm oil into the sole of your foot.
Follow your intuition and let your mid relax. Your feet contain reflex zones for
all the parts of your entire body.

6. After a minute or so (follow your feeling), wrap the oily foot with a paper
towel and then cover it with the old sock.

7. Repeat the steps 5. and 6. with the other foot.

8. Go straight to bed to keep your feet warm. If your bed isn't warm enough,
place a hot water bottle under the foot party of your blanket before you start the
massage.

9. Turn off the light and relax. Have a lovely refreshing sleep .
