(Al Pesto Café)

Yesterday I had the unpleasant experience of attending to one of the most overrated restaurants
Manama Bahrain. Café Its name, should you know, is “Al Pesto Café” and it is located on a kind
of waste land which they have the valour to call landscape because its located in a very bad
place.which I with my friend to have dinner. We weren’t pleased our Indian-style mains served
to us

But the service was below average and the appetizers were too terrible to finish.

When we arrived at the cafe, we had to wait 30 minutes while the servers got our table ready.
Even though we didn't have a reservation, but the restaurant was only half full. There was no
reason to make us wait at all.

Once inside, you are greeted with the most distasteful furniture. The furnishings, tables and
chairs are simply dreadful and as for the table cloths there is only one thing to be which were
made of paper. There is no doubt that in this establishment, functionality is more important than
any kind of style.

We ordered the falafel and the mac and cheese as a side dish and they looked delicious. Yet,
when we tasted them, they were overcooked and swimming in oil so we left the greater part of
them Very over evaluated for what it is we expected something somewhat more uncommon. The
bread for the falafel was supermarket made and tasted old, At this point I had to convince
myself into trying it.The moment I put the spoon into my mouth it felt like an explosion. It was
as spicy as a Tabasco although this is meant to be a negative review, you could try making the
review respectful overall very saddened, would not recommend. We expected a lot more for the
high price.

The service was awful. Our waiter brought the wrong beverages and refused to come and give
us our correct order and told us to wait in a rude manner. so. I do not recommend this place at all
He didn't offer us anything else or take them off our bill. Also, when we didn't leave a tip, he
looked annoyed. I was really excited about visiting Pesto café, and the mains were just
acceptable, but the rest of the experience was really not bad .

We tried the highest rated meals and drinks in their menu my friend liked it actually the
Frappuccino they serve is actually not bad The food serving wasn’t the best but it was allowable,
I really hate how fast my food was served I felt that the food is made like other fast food
restaurants where they focus in quantity not the quality of the food I would personally rate the
restaurant a 2/10 because of the inedible food and the bad service I won´t comment on the price
because whoever pays to be assumed to be an idiot and really deserves to be one. Never again
will I lay eyes on this café. It is banned from my list and so it should be from all people and yeah
it will benefit them of not trying the café food.
