Tender Proposal:
In this Pandemic situation of COVID-19 our customers unable to visit different locations in search of
properties. Our customers need to know details of property on call which is hectic for us to provide
information to every customer. Customers want property according to their selected location. So they
want to get only their selected area property information.

Proposed Solution:

The role of the automated system is to provide geofence based location so the customer can select the
area according to their desire location. The customers don’t have to visit every location because of LIVE
video tour feature .A live video tour makes customers property more authentic and building trust in
both parties (seller and buyer). Customer did not waste their time and disturb other person through live
video tour.

Timeline
Step 1: Acceptance of the Tender
Step 2: Provide a sample of an application.
Time duration: 1 week after the proposal acceptance
Step 3: Make changes if needed
Step 4: Placement of the order
Time duration: 2 weeks
Step 5: Deliver the order and sign off
 Time duration: 4 weeks after approval

Basic application 1st $20,000
Geofencing 2nd $50,000
LIVE video tour 3rd $40,000

Payment
Upon signing the proposal, 30% of the total payment shall be deposited.
After the sample acceptance, 40% of the payment shall be made.
The remaining amount shall be deposited after the deliverance of the products.
Terms/Policies
The company reserves the right to cancel the contract for any reason beneficial to them, upon 30 days
written notice.
The terms and conditions of this proposal shall be governed by the laws of the State.
We provide an application update after every 6 months with payment.
