Synthesis

The presented in the preceding pages have provided the researchers

essential insights in coming up with the present study.

The study of Cansoy (2017) stated that the desire for communication skills

and decision-making skills, leadership significantly increased from a moderately

sufficient level to a quite sufficient level while in the study of Rehman (2018),

interpersonal relations and decision making were reported to have moderate

level.

According to the study of Rehman (2018), the student’s Professional

courses have higher level of skills than the students of Non-professional courses

are related to this current study in terms of the classroom officers with such

experience in the course of leadership and the non-officers.

Adviento (2018) stated that student leaders need a regular leadership

training seminars in order for them to become more mature and effective leaders

as well as the study of Labor (2017) stated that the leadership development is

seen as a desirable training ground for students. Out of their research findings,

the researchers proposed a trainings and seminars to enhance the skills of every

classroom officers.

With regards to the study of Andaya et. al., (2008), they obtained their

data by using the theory XYZ test from the principles and concepts of McGregor.

The researchers also used theory XYZ from the principles and concepts of

McGregor to support this current study.

The findings in the study of Jensen (2017) and Hirst et. al. (2009) revealed

that the students takes responsibility and with such experience in the field of

leadership we more likely to participate actively in their development.

All of the cited are important bearing for the present study because most

of the concepts of those were interrelated.

This study shows that the desire for having a better communication skill,

delegating skills, decision making skills, and interpersonal skills have a great

impact in becoming an effective leader. It also shows that trainings and seminars

are needed because it provides them to develop their leadership skills.
