Dear Employers

GOOD NEWS!!

We are pleased to inform that MOM had informed us that our dorm is Covid Cleared on 9 July 2020. More importantly, we have been informed verbally by FAST team that our Jurong Apartments is cleared and the Foreign Workers can resume work either from Monday (13 July) or Tuesday (14 July) onwards provided their SGWORKPASS is green and employers
have given us their listing of workers approved to work together with BCA Approval or MTI approval.  Kindly help us on the following  :­

1   Information required to resume work

I believed that we have also emailed to you earlier asking for your list of workers approved to work and your BCA approval or MTI exemption (if obtained).  Please forward to us latest noon tomorrow; 12 July 20  if you have not done so. You can reforward the list again (to the emails above) in case we have missed your emails. Without this list, we will not permit
workers to go out of the dorm.
 

On Monday/ Tuesday morning, if your workers SGWORKPASS shows red, please inform them not to come down.
 

Timing of your workers leaving and coming back. To reduce cross contamination and to prevent overcrowding at the holding area, we have scheduled timing for FWs to leave the dorm :­
Blk 555   ­ from 0600 to 0615 HRS

Blk 553 level 1 to level 4 – from 0615 to 0630 HRS

Blk 553 level 5 to level 7 – from 0630 to 0645 HRS

Blk 553 level 8 to level 10 – from 0645  to 0700 HRS

Blk 555 – from 0700 to 0715 HRS and so on….

Please allocate timing based on the units they are staying.

Driver’s particulars and HP and vehicle number. Please note that LTA has restricted the number of workers in the lorry in view of safe distancing measures.
 

If your vehicle is parked in the dormitory premises, we wish to remind you to arrange to jump start your vehicles as they have been left stationary for a few weeks.
 

Updating of OFWAS for your workers – pls send to us the acknowledgement or confirmation of no change.
 

MOM will be informing us on the cessation of food for the FWs, likely about 7 days’ time (we will inform you on the definite date later).
i) For Blk 553, as it is ensuite kitchen, please let us know if you are arranging for catered food or online delivery of groceries. If catered food, please provide caterer, name and HP number. Or delivery of groceries. Please note that the dorm operator is not responsible for missing groceries or missing catered food. Remind the caterers or delivery persons to label
the company and unit numbers properly. 

ii)  For those FWs staying at Blk 555, please arrange for catered food as the communal kitchen and dining areas are closed to reduce risk of cross contamination.

iii) If you wish to use our canteen operator, he is Mr Zul from KNS Food and his HP is 82345543.

iv) We need your food arrangement information by latest Monday 13 July 2020 for our compilation to MOM.

Living Conditions
MOM and MOH have rolled out measures for Infection Prevention and Control. From mid July onwards,  MOM inspectors and MOH Doctors are coming down to assess the living conditions within the dorms and will conduct checks in the rooms. We have inspected some units and found that some FWs are living with cockroaches, the surroundings are dirty,
cobwebs all over. Generally the workers’ living conditions are not up to satisfaction. We strongly urge you to advise your workers to clean their rooms using disinfectant thoroughly tomorrow before they start work and before the MOM and MOH assessors come to check.
 

Remember to ensure safe distancing measures at all times as required under MOM.
 

The workers are downloading and using the 3 apps (FWMOMCARE, Trace Together, SGWORKPASS) together with scanning the QR code within the unit before they leave the unit.
