Some jobs are based at a single workplace where the hours are the same each

day, while other jobs involve frequent travel and irregular working hours.

There are many people in the world that rather prefer work in a place that have
same working hours every day or to work in a job with flexible working hours.
Even though both are very different and hard to be compared, people would prefer
one more than the other.
On one hand, I believe that working the same hours every day is a considerable
advantage. Considering the fact that people can have the ability to manage their
time, outside the working hours, as they want. which is vital argument in favor of
working on a daily basis at the same hours. In addition, it is a lot easier to organize
personal life as the fixed working hours are giving a significant touch in our lives.
On the other hand, having a job with irregular shifts and frequent travels also has
certain advantages. A good example of those is certain freedom that can be
obtained from this type of job. For instance, working while travelling is an
incredible experience because people get opportunity to gain much more
knowledge from countries that they have never visited before.
To sum up, I would prefer working on a daily basis at the same hours, as it gives
you more control over your individual life and gives opportunities such as staying
with their families and friends, thing that you can't easily do when you have
flexible shifts.
