Guided Meditation Script 

 
Welcome. Thank you for choosing to connect with your Self today. I invite you to get comfortable, whether sitting 
or lying down. Perhaps you are all alone, with quiet and calm. Maybe you are on a train, bustling with people. 
Whatever is real for you right now, you are able to become more aware of yourself and instantly feel calmer, 
more present and more capable of responding to your circumstances.  
 
Allow yourself to become aware of your breath, air flowing in and out of your lungs. Perhaps you are breathing 
through your nose, in and out. Feel your tongue in your mouth. Allow it to soften.  
Breathe.  
Just become aware of your face and let it relax. Drop the jaw slightly so that there is a space between your 
bottom and top teeth.  
Breathe.  
 
I invite you to breathe a little deeper than before, allowing the air to fill your lungs even more. 
 
Feel your feet pressing into the ground. You are supported. Send your awareness to your toes. Hello, toes. 
Slowly become aware of your body on the surface you are on. Feel your seat pressing onto your chair, feel the 
weight of your body. It is good to be here.
