Affirmations 

 
Affirmations are clear phrases which state your desires as if they have already happened and are already real. An 
affirmation can be repeated as many times during the day as necessary and can be a good reset for returning to 
a state of flow and mindfulness. Try and create your own affirmations which reflect your personal values, or use 
the list below and feel whether you experience resistance to any of the statements. This may be an indication of 
limiting beliefs which you hold. 
 
1. I am enough. 
2. Everything I want is within my reach. 
3. I deserve good things. 
4. I love myself unconditionally.  
5. I like myself. 
6. I easily attract the kind of opportunities I desire. 
7. I am supported. 
8. I have healthy relationships with my friends and loved ones. 
9. I am able to clearly and calmly state my boundaries. 
10. Success comes easily to me. 
 
Reflect on what it is you would like to realise in your life and tailor your affirmations to suit those wishes. You 
are deserving of a good life filled with everything you desire and using tools such as these can help you to 
manifest just such a reality.
