components of health to have a better life.

My Goals: Dream, Set, Take

1. To fortify my body’s 1.1 I want me not to acquire corona virus nor common colds
immune system. especially during this season. So, in order for me not to be
vulnerable with those above mentioned, I need to observe
proper precautions and obey the new policies within the
community. It can be achieved if I will stay in our house, avoid
exposure to the outside environment, observe social distancing
while buying necessary stuffs like food and hygienic products,
taking bath regularly to eliminate the germs which might enter
our house and of course do some exercise at least 1 hour a
day.
1.2 I want to always feel energetic even in this trying time. For this
to be achieved, I need to have a clear vision of everything in
every situation. So that, I must first build inner peace which I
can attain by doing some yoga and reflection with myself. And
once inner peace was built, then I will gain positive energy with
everything that I’ll do.
2.2 I dream to have a face that is very smooth and glowing but I
thought that it will cost me a lot but it turns out not. So for me

attainable way by just better hygiene by means of, taking a bath twice a day, apply
doing simple physical some lotion that is reached in Vitamin E, and of course do
actions. some house chores for it can be also a form of exercise to my
body due to sweating and muscle contractions.

2.3 I always wanted to have a skin without rashes caused by


allergies. So in order for my goal to be attained which is to
avoid the appearance of my rashes, then I must avoid eating
all foods that contain allergens such chicken and egg. I also
need to do some physical activities such as biking, dancing, and
taking a walk so that my blood circulation will be at its good
state that helps in reaching my desired result.

3. To improve my 3.1 I really want to learn gymnastics and be a gymnast again.

Summary and Reflection

Summary of the topic:


This module introduces the meaning of Physical Education and its benefits to
an individual. Physical Education is a learning tool that involved someone in a physical
activity. PE, aims to build not only a person’s physical health but also nourishes one’s
mental, emotional, and social well-being. PE, helps everyone to be physically fit.
According to this module, PE is composed of different components of health such as the
physical health which includes a person’s overall body appearance and daily physical
activities. Next, is the mental health which coordinates with an individual’s way of
thinking and how does it affect someone’s action. Next, is the emotional health on which
it is related to a person’s feelings, thoughts and behavior. Another is the spiritual health
on which it is coordinated with someone’s beliefs and it became the balancer of the all
components of health. Next in line is the social health on which it is associated with
one’s way of adapting in a physical environment and how someone develops
relationships and interaction with other people. And lastly is the environmental health on
which it is all about the health that mitigates the factors in the environment that
contribute to the human health and sickness.
I learned, that a person’s over-all health should be paid attention and not just the
appearance itself because we are all composed of different components that made us
humans.
I know, that in order to achieve this, we must be physically fit and be ready to do some
workouts even at home for us stay alive and moving.
I apply, this learnings in my everyday life and the activities being discussed like warm-
ups and cool-downs whenever I’m up doing exercises.
