1. To fortify my body’s 1.1 I want me not to acquire corona virus nor common colds
immune system. especially during this season. So, in order for me not to be
vulnerable with those above mentioned, I need to observe
proper precautions and obey the new policies within the
community. It can be achieved if I will stay in our house, avoid
exposure to the outside environment, observe social distancing
while buying necessary stuffs like food and hygienic products,
taking bath regularly to eliminate the germs which might enter
our house and of course do some exercise at least 1 hour a
day.
1.2 I want to always feel energetic even in this trying time. For this
to be achieved, I need to have a clear vision of everything in
every situation. So that, I must first build inner peace which I
can attain by doing some yoga and reflection with myself. And
once inner peace was built, then I will gain positive energy with
everything that I’ll do.
2.2 I dream to have a face that is very smooth and glowing but I
thought that it will cost me a lot but it turns out not. So for me

2. To achieve glowing skin 2.1 Even back then, I really want to have a skin without scars
and face in a natural and rashes. So that, in order to achieve this, I must develop a
attainable way by just better hygiene by means of, taking a bath twice a day, apply
doing simple physical some lotion that is reached in Vitamin E, and of course do
actions. some house chores for it can be also a form of exercise to my
body due to sweating and muscle contractions.
