These days ,too many people maintain their health by relying on doctors and medicine ,

rather that by following a health lifestyle . To what extent do you agree with this statement ?

Taking care of our body and pay attention to our health is one of the things that everyone suggest us
since the day we start to walk. Maintaining our health can have lots of forms and ways, from exercising
on a daily basis to follow a healthy diet or using vitamins and medicines that can help us with our
immune system. However, a lot of people may not follow these steps and take a detour in the road of
keeping themselves healthy. One of those detours is to rely on doctors and medicines to maintain their
health rather than following a healthy lifestyle, which is pretty common, especially in these modern day.

I somewhat agree with the fact that medicines have became a vital part of people’s lives. The chemical
substances in the medicines can help us to maintain our health as fast as possible. Unfortunately, this
fast process of healing can make a lot of people lazy. Who needs a healthy diet when we can have
vitamin pills and can swallow it in no time? Who needs to exercise when we have medicines that can
help us balancing our weight? Everything can be solved by just visiting a doctor and take pills.

Aside from being lazy to keep up with a healthy lifestyle, there also some groups of people who are too
busy to think about the ways that can help them maintaining their health. In these modern days, most
of the people are concerned about their job and money rather than having a healthy lifestyle. They work
for hours, don’t rest at all and when it comes to eat food, they prefer to eat canned food or choose to
get a fast food. In this case, these people are too tired to think about exercising or eating an organic
homemade food, and of course in order to get rid of the sense of guilt they may have from not following
a healthy diet, they mostly rely on taking medicines.

However, with the influence of social media, the importance of being healthy has became obvious to
everyone. There are lots of people at different age groups who try to follow a healthy life routine and
spend some time on exercising. In addition, there multiple websites available for the people who have a
busy working schedule in order to follow a healthy lifestyle even on busy days. These websites attracted
many people and encouraged them to quit using too much medicine in order to be healthy.

Overall, being healthy is necessary to all of us and everyone should use a proper routine to stay healthy.
Even though a lot of people may choose a risky way too maintain their health by relying too much on
doctors; still, there are lots of people who are trying to be healthy by using a proper solution.
