Taking a risk is known as one of the key factors of being successful.

No matter if it’s your professional life

or personal life, you’ll still hit the point in which you have to take a risk and choose a path in order to
move forward. I do believe that people should be courageous enough to decide which way should they
go regardless of the problems and the consequences they may face. With that being said, taking risks
are important with no exceptions.

As it’s clear, everyone has their own life path and their decisions can be various according to the
situation they stuck in. Taking a risk will give you a mindset about your choice and makes you think wiser
about the thing that you want to do. Even though taking a risk seems like a 50/50 situation, it makes you
more creative and boost your problem solving skills so you can think about different ways of overcoming
your difficulties. Not to mention that the way that you came up to in order to lower the risks belongs to
you only. In conclusion, your ideas would be more original and brand-new.

Another advantage that worths to be mentioned is that taking a risk will give you the experience that
you need in order to be successful. Experience is one of the key factors of being successful and the best
way to achieve that is to be brave and take a risk. Although you may fail in the end, but even the failure
is a great lesson for you to first, understand your mistakes and second, learn how to solve those
mistakes in order to not face the same problem again and choose the best path.

However, taking a risk can have it’s own disadvantages. One of the obvious one is that taking a risk may
not always end up in a good result. In your professional life, taking a risk in order to try something new
for instance writing a huge contract or trying to share your business with a second partner may lead to
lose a great amount of money or even your whole business! In these situations, it is better to think
deeply and be wiser about your decision and don’t take a risk at all.

In your personal life, taking a risk may result in loosing the respect and trust of other people. Choosing a
partner for the rest of your life can be a good example. If you decided to get marry with someone
without paying attention about the consequences of choosing that person as your wife or husband, this
will end up to divorce and not only you loose the respect of both sides of the family, but also you will be
known as the bad guy and no one will trust you ever again.

Overall, taking a risk is good and can light the road of success for you, but the most important thing is
we shouldn’t mix being careless with being brave enough to take a risk. Even while taking a risk, we
should pay attention to the advantages and disadvantages of the risk that we are taking.

The map provides information about the changes that are going to be planned for the industrial area in
Norbiton. Starting from the original map, we can see a vast farmland in the North side of the area and a
river divided the farm from the main area. The main area includes a main path on the East side
surrounded by multiple factories and the town of Norbiton on the West. Aside from the factories, there
are no facilities available.

On the future planned map however, we can see some massive changes. The farmland is going to be
connected to the main area using a path which makes it convenient for housings. All of the factories on
the East and center are going to change into residential area. A school and a playground is going to be
built on the East side and there will be a medical center and several shops in the center.

In conclusion, comparing these two maps, the development of the industrial area seems so promising.
The new residential area will provide a convenient place for people to live.
