GLOBAL CITIZEN

A global citizen is a person who identifies with being part

of an emerging world community and whose actions
contribute to building this community's values and
practices. They are individuals who see themselves as part
of an emerging world community and are committed to
helping build this community's values and practices.
DIGITAL CITIZEN

A digital citizen is someone who uses the

internet regularly and effectively. In other
words, it's about being responsible,
respectful, and knowledgeable when we are
online.
global citizen and a digital citizen are mixed,
the identity of a global digital citizen is justified
in totality. Hence, a global digital

citizen is an empowered individual who is

dutifully aware of his/her responsibility both
for the power of the Internet and for the lasting
well-being of our global community
