Hydrogenated non-lauric vegetable fat with good melting profile. Moderately compatible with cocoa
butter. Does not require tempering.

RECOMMENDED USES :
Effective coating fat for biscuits, wafers and other confectionery products.

SHELF LIFE:
12 months from production when stored at cool, clean and dry place in the original packaging at 25 °C
max and humidity at 65 % max.
Please keep away from direct sunlight and odoriferous materials.
