known.

VI. Discussion

By its nature, making strategic decision is not an instantaneous or spontaneous reaction to

market situations or scenarios but a process that considers a variety of factors considered directly
and indirectly relevant to strategic objectives. According to (Wheelen and Hunger, 2004) evaluate
current performance results in terms of return on investment, profitability, and so forth, and the
current mission, objectives, strategies, and policies, analyze strategic (SWOT) factors to a printpoint
problem., generate, evaluate, and select the best alternative strategy, evaluate and implement
strategies via feedback systems and the control of activities to ensure their minimum deviation from
plans.

VII. Recommendation and conclusion

In the world of business, the set of rules that guides the decisions and actions of the members of
the organizations is generally called business policies. The polices ma be informal or in writing
coming in the form of operational manual, personnel handbook, and memoranda composed or
issued from time to time and as the need arises. The basic theory of the term management which
evolves around the idea of planning, organizing staffing, coordinating controlling and evaluating still
holds true. (Orcullo, 2007). With the strategy that Ming Hua did to his business, He must continue
the level of strategies and techniques to run his business. For him to Grow and Compete to the
Business world. Because in the world of business every body competes and every one does every
plan and decision to achieve the top in the Business. Because in Business We compete, we innovate.
