A.   TECHNOLOGY PLAN 
I. Course Design 
a. Nominal Duration 
a. Online Activities – 6.5 hours
b. Face- to- face Activities- 1 hour 
b. Trainee Requirements 
a. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in written form
b. Must be physically, emotionally, psychologically and mentally fit
c. Must be able to perform basic computer operations
d. Trainee must have an active email account (google/yahoo/hotmail)
e. Trainee must have a smartphone/ desktop/ laptop with internet/ data
connection.
f. He must be able to explore/ navigate browser and the eLearning platform.
g. He must be at least 18 years old.
h. For safety purposes, he must not have fallen sick for the past 14 days.
c. Trainer Requirements 
a. He must be a holder of Computer Systems Servicing NC II or a IT
Practitioner
b. He is graduate of B.S. Information Technology or its equivalent
c. He must have completed Trainer’s Methodology I or its equivalent
d. He must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in written
form
e. He must have at least three (3) years of experience in the industry as a IT
Technical Support / IT Engineer
f. He must possess good moral character
g. He must have relevant training on facilitating eLearning using LMS.
h. He is flexible to conduct both online and offline classes

d. Monitoring and Grading System 


a. Online Activities are checked and monitored using the LMS
b. Progress Monitoring Report
c. All online quizzes (except pretest) must have an 80% score percentage
before unlocking the next lesson.
d. Face- to- face Activities are recorded and monitored using the
Performance Criteria Checklist, Achievement Chart and Progress Chart.
e. Institutional Assessment System 
a. Online Institutional Assessment
- URL of the online examination will be sent to the trainees on the day of
the Institutional Assessment.
- One on one interview or oral questioning will be done through video chat
between the trainee and the trainer.

e.  Enrolment System 
- Walk- in applicants are welcome to enrol at the Bright
International Special School of Urdaneta.
- All trainees must be manually enrolled in the LMS, and
provide them with username and password.
f. Monitoring System for Learner’s Progress 
- The following built- in LMS monitoring shall be used in
monitoring learner’s progress:
o Activity completion
o Participation Report
o Course completion report
g. Learner Support System 
- Trainers must be online to respond to trainee’s questions
and queries from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays through
the following mechanism:
