TEST PROP 0.5ml every other day


Tren Acetate 0.5 (Mon, Wed , friday)
Stanazolol 0.5ml everyday
2mg five times everyday
Masteron every other day(optional)
ephipress 30-40 units every day before cardio

Cardio:
1st week : 45 mins
2nd week : 50 mins
3rd week : 1 hour
4th week : 1 hour
5th week : 1 hour 15 mins
6th week : 1 hour 30 mins

High Carb Day :


Meal one(pre cardio) : 1 banana +1 apple + whey 1 scoop
meal two : 150 gms Rice + 6 egg whites 1 whole egg
meal three : 150 gms Rice + 150 gms Chicken + veggies
meal four : Whey 1.5 scoops + 1 banana / 50gms potato + 100 gms chicken
meal five : 150 gms Rice + 150 gms Chicken + veggies

Low Carb Day :


Meal one(pre cardio) : 1 apple + whey 1 scoop
meal two : 50 gms Rice + 6 egg whites 2 whole egg
meal three : 50 gms Rice + 200 gms Chicken + veggies
meal four : Whey 1.5 scoops / 150 gms chicken + veggies
meal five : 50 gms Rice + 200 gms Chicken + veggies
