of 2020 - 2021.

With reference to your application for admission into the 1st Semester of 3 Year
LL.B. (Hons.) Course for the session, 2020-2021, your name is in the Waiting List and
hence you are hereby informed to appear for counselling on 11th December, 2020
between 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. in Saraswati Devi Bhawan of the college. A fresh
merit list will be drawn from among the candidates present on the basis of merit. On your
being selected provisionally for admission, you are to take admission on the same date.
You are required to come prepared with the following documents.

1) Bank Challan showing the deposit of fees of Rs.4,325/- (Rupees four thousand
three hundred twenty five) only at INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, JOBRA BRANCH,
COLLEGE SQUARE, CUTTACK - 753003 after verification of documents on the
date of admission.

2) This intimation letter.

3) Four copies of duly attested recent passport size photographs.

4) Following Original Certificates & Mark Sheets to be produced :

i) College Leaving Certificate and Conduct Certificate.
ii) Marksheet and Provisional / Original Certificate of all Examinations.
iii) Registration Receipt of the Utkal University. Migration Certificate in case of students of
other Universities shall be produced within 30 days from the date of admission.
iv) Caste Certificate/Sports Certificate/Physically Handicapped Certificate/Ex-Serviceman.
v) Affidavit before the Notary Public/Executive Magistrate in the prescribed format.

(Please note that your claim for admission shall be forfeited if you donot appear for
counselling with all the aforesaid documents on the date and time as stated in the Intimation
Letter.)
