Final Year Project Phase-I Presentation guidelines

1. Will be conducted on 20/01/2021 & 21/01/2021.


2. We shall have the presentation online.
3. The student member should schedule the meeting and share it with the
respective guide.
4. Schedule the meeting through nie.ac.in mail ID only and record it
without fail.
5. The recording of the session as to be shared to the guide.
6. Phase-I evaluation components

• Problem statement/Formulation
• Project objectives & scope
• Literature survey
• Methodology
• Tools survey
• Project progress (20% of the work)
• References

6. Submit soft-copy of the report to your guide. Guidelines for it will be


mailed soon.

7. All of the team members should present the project work.

Rules for Presentation


• Time allotted for presentation is 30min.
o 20min for presentation and 10min for interaction.
• The mode of presentation is through power point slides.
• Prepare presentation containing about 25 slides.
• The first slide must contain the College name and logo, Dept name and
logo, title of the project, Guide name, Name, USN and Date of all team
members.
• At the footer of every slide, slide number should be present.
• Demonstrate your work live in the meeting or show the videos or photos
of the work done.
