FACILITY INFORMATION
Completed in the Fall of 2019, the TRAC ​bit.ly/T-RAC​ is a facility with 65,000 square feet of space with a
six lane 200m Mondo Surface Track. It has designated throws, high jump, long jump, and pole vault
areas.
The Shot Put will be thrown off a wooden throwing platform.
All equipment will be provided during the meet except pole vault poles and spikes.
*DO NOT BRING YOUR BLOCKS! ​ONLY WARSAW COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL BLOCKS WILL BE USED!
*SHOTS WILL BE PROVED FOR COMPETITION AND WARM UPS. ​DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN!
*ATHLETES ARE ALLOWED TO WEAR ​¼ INCH PYRAMID SPIKES​ (NO CHRISTMAS TREE OR NEEDLE SPIKES).

COVID-19 SPECTATOR GUIDELINES

We will only be admitting 1 parent or 1 coach ​NOT BOTH​ into the TRAC facility 1 hour before your
scheduled event. After completion of your event we would like you to make your way out of the TRAC to
make room for the next wave of athletes coming in.

ORDER OF EVENTS SECTION 1 OPENING HEIGHTS:

Doors Open at 8:00 AM Pole Vault:​ Girls 8-0 with 6” increments till 10-0
Start Time 9:00 AM then up 3”
Girls Pole Vault - ​9:00 am Pole Vault: ​Boys 11-0 with 6” increments till
Boys Pole Vault - 1 hour after Girls 13-0 then up 3”
Girls High Jump - ​9:00 am High Jump: ​Girls 4-6 with 2” increments till 5-2
Boys High Jump - 45 min after Girls then up 1”
Boys Long Jump - ​9:00 am High Jump:​ Boys 5-6 with 2” increments till 6-2
Girls Long Jump - 45 min after Boys then up 1”
Boys Shot Put - ​9:00 am
Girls Shot Put - 45 min after Boys ORDER OF EVENTS SECTION 2

*LJ/SP- 4 ATTEMPTS NO FINALS* Section 2: Start Time 1:00 PM
Girls followed by Boys in all Running Events
60 MH - ​1:00 pm
1600 M - ​1:20 pm

400 M - ​2:00 pm
3200 M - ​2:30 pm
200 M - ​3:15 pm
800 M - ​3:45 pm

Meet Entry
Due to COVID-19 restrictions we will only be allowing ​1 adult per athlete to enter
the TRAC as stated in the COVID-19 SPECTATOR GUIDELINES.

Section 2 (Running Events) Entry Guidelines

We will allow athletes along with the adult to enter the building 60 min prior to
the start of your race. Once your event has finished and you have cooled down,
we would ask you to make your way out of the TRAC. If you are doing multiple
events we do ask that you space yourself out and social distance throughout the
TRAC while you wait for your next event to happen.

NO SPIKES INSIDE OF LANE ONE IN THE T-RAC!

We will be checking spikes. If ¼ pyramid spikes are not being used you
will not be able to compete.
