The detail of my situation

My name is HISSENE ADAMOU WAZIRI.

I was granted asylum in march 2019.

My Alien Number: 216- 231- 134

After one month I applied for my family the I-730 form, for my wife and daughter.

As you know in my asylum case, I was wanted by my country and I can not go back to my
country. Also, as I explained in my asylum case to the officer, my family are persecuted and
disturbed by the intelligence agents and police in Chad. Recently after my daughter’s illness, the
branch of the search brigade seized this opportunity to put on me and my family a pressure.
They send a Summon letter to my family asking me to come back home for two reason:

1- to take care of my ill daughter, and

2- for my absence of four years which means that they have the full right to pronounce the
divorce and to separate me from my family.

They try to put me a pressure to bring me back to put me on jail again. Going back to my country
as you know, it’s means put my life in danger. My daughter is suffering of psycho- emotional
problems and the doctor reported that the presence of her mother and I will be very helpful for
her health. If I wrote this letter and request and expedite because I need your help, I need you
to save my family, to save my marriage, to save my wife and my daughter. I am asking your help
me and my family to be reunite together. Please, I am asking you dear officer to look to my

family petition to bring them here in United States, where they can live safely. I need your help
to live with my daughter who when I left she has only one year. Now every day she is asking me:
‘’Daddy when you will come back to me?” or sometimes she is asking her mom that “when
daddy will come back to us?’’. sometimes she is crying, it is very painful for a father to listen to
his daughter crying and he is helpless. Now she is five years old, that is means four years without
taking my daughter in my hand, four years without taking my wife in my hand, four years
without meeting my family. I am asking you dear officer to look on my family petition, I know
that if you have a family you will never want to be far to your family. All father wants to be with
his family. I don’t want to lose my wife and my daughter, and it’s impossible for me to go back
to them. As you know, the only way to save my family, to save my marriage is to bring them
here. Every day I spend my time thinking about my illness daughter, about my powerless wife
and my situation. I just want to be with my family, we need to be together as a family, to meet
each other. We need your help, this country helped me, I am grateful to this country and I will
be forever. I wish that you will never live the experience that I lived, the experience to be far to
my wife and daughter for four years, the experience that I hear my wife and daughter crying and
I am thousand of miles far from them. Sometimes, I spend weeks being sad, I don’t even have
the strength of working or studying. One of the difficult moments that any father can experience
is the illness of his kids, so how this experience will be for this father if he lives far than his kids?
I am living one of my difficult moment, I need the help and the understanding of my situation
from the USCIS. Bringing my family, meeting them, and living together with them is my only
dream right now. bringing my family means that you save a family from a divorce and
separation, bringing my family means that you saved my family. It’s also means putting a smile
on me and family faces; making me and my family happy after four years of sadness.
