We, LEGACY EIS GROUP BERHAD (1366811-P) represented by EZIE IDAMAN
SETIA SDN BHD (1140571-V) with address at I{O.21, IAI-AN LAGENDA 9, TAMAN
1-|-AGENDD\ 754OO MELAIG, MALAYSIA; with broad power and enough to sign this
private contract, hereinafter is called the "receiver".

I, SARAPII{ BIN MAGANA with address at HSE NO, 45, TMN CENDAWAN, LRG
MUNTAHAI{ 3, JLN PENAMPANG. 88300 KOTA KINABALU; identified by IIC No. or
Passport No. 62O710-12-6319 / TBA , with broad power and enough to sign this
private contract, hereinafter is called the "Receiver 1'.

Parameters to followr
Receiver 1 agrees to receive the remuneration and agrees to the said of money (USD) as
described below:

i. This private contract refers to a Program referred to as the 1934 ancient redemption
program of Notes 1 Billion USD dolar (3000 pcs of Notes). The Private Contract
shall be made during signing between both party after both agree with terms
and condition; if payment is not received by Receiver on a timely basis, this
agreement shall be null and void (Based on Contract With HARP 5 Years Period
time started on 25th July 2019).

. REMUNERATIOH
ii. Remuneration will paid to receiver 1 based on the Contract Receiver with HARP was
between 5 Years and the amount remuneration will be paid to Receiver 1 is

i. Both parties, and all Facilitators and other persons having knowledge of these
contract, declare that all the information provided in this Private Contract, is of
absolute confidentiality and may not be disclosed under any circurnstance to any
person or entity either public or private, different from those involved in this Private
Contract.
ii. The disclosure of any information shall give rise to penalties that will be under the
umbrella of the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce and the missing
person to this private contract will respond legally to the parties by their breach.
Once the private contract is signed and formalized the parties are linked to a

privacy notice to advance the rescue and achievement of the amnesty. For this
purpose they should act as a single element in this private contract, sharing all the
information necessary and sufficient for the purpose of the operation.
iii. This privacy requirement extends to all forms of identification, including, but not
limited to, names, addresses, e-mail, telephone and tele-fax or telex to any number
of contacts by any of the parties to third pafties.
iv. Fufther, all commiunictaions between the pafties and Facilitatore shall be disclosed
to all persons involved with this private contract. There shall be no communication
with investors or other sources of funds except pursuant to this contractirect, with
the express written consent of the parties.

i.This private contract and its ITEMS are protected under a Tax Treaty To be disclosed
by the assigned Receivers, with shelter for all the parties and groups that shaped
and detailing in list with full names with identity document and a copy of the same
provided by the parties, which will be part of this contracfi thus it is widespread.
ii. Immunity as outlined in administrative order issued by the Government, through the
signing of the document HR 3723 October 11 1996, protecting al[ transactions in

iii. Payments will be ftee of any legal impediment and free of any deduction, excluding

iv. Irrespective of the foregoing, each party and facilitator is responsbile for any tax
liability that may arise.
The pafties irrevocably agree that the facilitators appointed in the present
contract, do not assume any kind of responsibility from one another and any
third party, This Private contract shall be signed and sealed and sent by fax,
mail, physical and I or email and will all be considered with the same
legitimacy and effectiveness as original signatures with the purpose of
committing all pafties to the present private contract).

. FOR.MALTZATTON OF THE CONTRACT (OPTTONAL)

All the people involved in this Private Contract (Receiver - Fascilitators), shall append CIS
complete with copy of IC or Passport and register with a receiver in order to receive
profit. Where to all those involved in this private contract is to make them effective their
respective compensation for each box rescued and returned.

. DEADLITIIE FOR BESINNING OFSPERATIONS

Once executed, this private contract shall be fully performed within a period of 3 days
upon submission. If the contract is not fully performed within the 3 days, all obligations
under the contract shall be considered null and void.

i, This Private contract is a complete commercial comrnitment that may appeal and
comply with all the conditions that are enforceable under the laws of the
jurisdiction of the countries in which the transaction is effected, and any dispute
should be resolved under the rules for arbitration.
ii, The Pafties acknowledge and agree that any discrepancy and / or conflict in the
application of this contractual will be resolved in an amicable way, but if this is not
possible, the procedure to follow is the arbitration. Thls private contract is intended

to be carried out in accordance with and only to the extent permitted by all
applicable laws of the jurisdiction, ordinances, rules and regulatlons. if any
provision of this Private contract is held invalid or unenforceable, then the
remainder of this agreement will not be affected and shall be implemented in the
greatest extent permitted by law.

i. EDT (transmissions of electronic documents) will be considered valid and enforceable

in respect of all the provisions of this contract. The Electronic Signature in the
Global Law and Commercial " or any other law applicable pursuant to the
UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Signatures (2001).

ii. 'PARTIES' have executed this private contract with full knowledge of its contenb
and the meaning and intention to be legally subject to the terms of the same.
