Why does Samsung sell high end or flagship devices but has a low milliamperes
(mah) battery power?

b) Why is this a problem or opportunity?

Battery usage is one of the most important part in having a Smartphone, though
some devices may have power saving modes others don't. When use a certain
app on our phone it requires energy. That energy consumes the battery. The main
problem with Samsung is they innovate too much. They try to combine the
powerful chipsets as well as having a long lasting battery. They had a case on the
Samsung galaxy note 7 that exploded because of the battery issues. They add
many features to they're product but they cannot balance it out with the battery.
This is both a problem and an opportunity because they can slow down on the
features and focus on long lasting batteries. With the powerful chipsets they have
they can create a phone that balance out features and has the capacity to run a
healthy battery. For a Samsung user like myself I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 plus
which has tons of amazing features but because of the battery I can't activate its
full potential to last the day.
