As the world birth rates decreases, there has been an increase of spending on toys made by
parents. It’s likely because of the fewer babies they had, resulting them to spend more of
their money on their children needs. Nowadays parents tend to be more educated on how
to cherish their children by giving them the right toys which made from a safe material also
more of them considering buying an environmentally friendly. They also believe that by
giving their children toys during their young age can increase the children’s ability and
intelligence. These reasons are the background of the world toy industry’s success.

The Green Toys produced a toy which is consider safe as they use a safe material, unlike the
traditional toys. They also used a recycled plastic in order to be environmentally friendly.
Green Toys use these reasons to educate their future buyer along with their marketing
strategy to make more advantage in the market.

It is known that Green Toys still longing more on the local market which is in United States.
However, it’s better for them to broaden their market as their product is likely to gain
attention from the world because of the benefits of their product.

As they market currently targeting developed countries, they should try to expand in Asian’s
countries because most of the countries in Asia is well populated nations with high birth
rates. For instance, they should try to expand in Japan as the Japanese is active in green
movement and they aware of it. Through exportation, I think Green Toys can introduce their
product to Japan.
