INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor of Cebu City, accuses

JAIME S. PAGLINAWAN, SR., JOAHANNA M. VELOSO, JANRY
DIOCSON UBAL, BERNIE N. CAÑEDO, JR., AL OSIRIS F. INGKING,
CLEMENT V. COROMINAS, JR., APRIL DYAN P. GUMANAO, and
NAR ATHENA MAE C. PORLAS, of the crime of SIMPLE RESISTANCE
AND DISOBEDIENCE TO AN AGENT OF A PERSON IN AUTHORITY
under Art. 151, par. 2 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows.

That on June 5, 2020, on or about 10:10 in the morning, in

the City of Cebu, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above-named accused, conspiring with one
another, with deliberate intent, did then and there resist or disobey
PCpt. Ceasar Acompañado and his team, all bonafide members of
the Philippine National Police, assigned at Investigation &
Detective Management Unit of Cebu City Police Office (CCPO),
and therefore agents of a person in authority, a fact known to the
accused, while said Police Officers were actually engaged in the
performance of their official duty in implementing Cebu City
E.O. No. 79 prohibiting mass gathering, by ignoring and willfully
disobeying the several verbal warnings and orders of the said
Police Officers to stop their protest rally, and instead continued
with their protest.
