Good day, Sir Dela Cruz!

Re: Concern about Mr. Karl Dolom and Ms. Ermina Tabalanza
I am writing on behalf of Ms. Lacanilao to raise our concern about the validity of the excuses of Ms.
Tabalanza and Mr. Dolom. Upon hearing your announcement before we start our discussion today, we
started to have second thoughts about their excuses that hinders them to comply with specific academic
requirements. As this also affects us during group works.
For background, we are all friends on Facebook and we always see them actively using this social media
platform, as we scroll through our personal accounts after classes. Nothing is wrong with using and being
active on these platforms. These are their personal accounts. Its just that it is fishy to reason out missing
requirements and group participation knowing that they always complain about how weak their internet
connection is.
Hearing your devastating news before we start our discussion today, Lyka and I went online, skeptical, to
check if they are active. And true enough we saw them sharing posts on Facebook. These are the
screenshots taken today, Sir.
Earlier, we messaged you privately in the conference, Sir, but I think you were not informed about this. That
is why we opted to write a letter to you.

Writing this letter, we do not intend to bash or to step-down on them in any way. We just felt the need to
raise this concern to you, Sir, as you are our adviser. And as the days of online learning is passing, we are
seeing how this affects the smooth flow of classes especially during discussions and group work.
We would appreciate it, Sir, if this concern remains within us. And have this concern addressed privately.
We do not want our classmates to misinterpret us writing this letter.

Thank you, Sir!
