SUBJECT : EMPLOYMENT OF BAYANIHAN 2 PERSONNEL

In the interest of service, the undersigned has sought the guidance of Central Office
relative to the conclusion of the services of all Bayanihan 2 personnel.

In connection thereto, the services of all concerned personnel, per contract of

services and office policies, will only be until December 31, 2020, absent an issuance by
appropriate authority which is contrary thereto or extending the same.
