Applications
The NeuraLabel 300X-RS Roll-to-Roll System has been designed to handle continuous or pre die-cut rolls of label
media with NeuraLabel 300X printer. The system is used to manage rolls of media up to 216mm wide (8.5”),
while having an outside diameter up to 300mm (11.81”) with a 76mm (3”) fixed internal diameter core.

Power Supply
An external power supply 100/240VAC - 2.5A at 24V allows an electronic circuit to provide, through the
tension arm, the adjustment of the rotation speed. A 2A fuse is used as protection.

How to Unpack Items

Remove the screws located in the wood planks
used to secure the items. Once everything is
unscrewed remove the unwinder, rewinder and
printer plate.

Installation

 Label Unwinder

Step 1
Cut the plastic ties.

Step 2
Remove the 7 screws on the unwinder’s side of the
printer plate.

Step 3
With all 7 screws removed, slide the guides of the
unwinder (A) onto the printer plate (B) and use the
same 7 screws from Step 2 to attach the unwinder
to the printer plate by screwing the guides onto the
printer plate (C).

 The sliding guides are properly fixed onto the
printer plate.

Step 4
Plug in the power cord to the unwinder.

Step 5
Reposition the unwinder closer to the printer plate
by sliding them closer to one another.

Using the knob, lock the

unwinder to the printer
plate.

 Label Rewinder

Step 1
Remove the 3 knobs located on the lower part of
the rewinder.

 Step 2
Match the holes to the printer plate to the holes
on the rewinder.

Step 3
Use the same 3 knobs from Step1 to attach the
printer plate to the rewinder.

Step 4
Plug in the power cord to the rewinder.

How to Secure the NeuraLabel 300X Printer onto the Plate

ATTENTION:
Place the NeuraLabel 300X printer onto the
printer plate and make sure to position the
iron feet of the printer plate into the printer’s
guide holes.

Alignment

 Aligning the Media

Load the blank roll onto the unwinder’s core,

once the outer disk is in, tighten the knob to
increase the tension and secure the core in
position.

Set the guide to keep the media aligned.

 Aligning the Printer

Using the knobs on the printer plate it is

possible to release or fix the sliding printer
plate support. Slide the printer forward or
backward to align the media path between
the printer and the roll to roll system.
