DENR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 04-17

SUBJECT : Amendment of DENR Administrative Order (DAO) No.

2016-07 dated May 19, 2016 on Manual of Authorities on
Technical Matters

In the interest of efficient service, transparency and accountability, and for

purposes of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) audit currently being conducted
as well as the revision to the EIA policies being studied, DAO No. 2016-07 dated May
19, 2016 is hereby amended as follows:

SUBJECT: ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a
newspaper of general circulation and upon acknowledgment of receipt of a copy
thereof by the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR), UP Law
