1. A lot of opportunities are going to be i. If you think logically, people are
lost. spending 21 hours a week in college
when those 21 hours could’ve been
used to gain money to build something,
to work on a business, to go to castings
and more.
ii. People are t their prime during college
years because that’s when the mind is
sharp, the body is strong and skills are
developing.
iii. If all of that energy is poured into
something people are truly passionate
about, they can be much further ahead
than everyone else.
2. It is a waste of time i. The time you spend in a classroom
could have been the time spent gaining
real life experience.
ii. It is conventional for people our age to
be told that we need to go to college
and its going to be worth it. Its not.
iii. There are people who worked hard to
get into college and eventually decided
to not go.
iv. They spend their time figuring things
out and exploring options.
v. College is simply a dividing factor that
furthers the gap areas such as class and
race.
3. It does not teach critical thinking i. Critical thinking helps you solve
problems, build organizations and
change the world. People go to college

where students are told to obey the
rules, follow instruction, memorize this
information and regurgitate it on a test.
This kind of approach destroys critical
thinking.
iii. In the real world, you do not follow
instructions. You take risks, devise
creative solutions, and think outside
