Next point of this panel is tertiary education helps individuals to make
the world a better place. The panellist finds that the skills you have
improved can be applied to real situations in life.

The panellist argues that pursuing in tertiary education is a waste of

PANEL 4 time. The time could be used for gaining real life experience and not
spending it in a classroom. Yet, the panel thinks that college is only
needed for individuals who wanted to be in high class jobs such as
doctors and lawyers. Furthermore, the panellist remarks a saying by
Sergey Faldin to strengthen her opinion. The next point of this panel
is tertiary education does not teach critical thinking. Critical thinking
is the ability to think clearly and rationally, understanding the logical
connection between ideas. The panel finds that individuals can think
critically in the real world and tertiary education only teach them to
follow rules, follow instructions which will destroy critical thinking.
