Introduction:

Surveying is traditionally defined as the science, art, technology that determines the
relative position of a point above, on or below the earth's surface, or determines that
point. However, this is not related to the Survey project because in a general sense, it can
be considered as a strategy done to develop a land encompassing all methods to collect
and process information about the area surrounding the lot.

However, we as semester 5 students went through many challenges in finishing this

report. We were instructed to get a Certified Plan from JUPEM and Carian Rasmi at the
Land Office, this is to give us experience when dealing at JUPEM and the Land Office
before facing real industrial training at the survey company.

We also face problems where unconditional weather like rain prevents us from getting
there. Therefore, we got help from our lecturer, Dr Azwan where he gave a long time for
us to complete this report, also with the cooperation of our classmates for sharing
information and details to finish this report. We were happy to prepare any
report.complete a meaningful task that gave us victory over our first universe by
winning . This prepare meaningful assignment given us victorious spend our universe 1
with victorious.

Form purpose

Form 12D & 12C

The purpose of the 12D and 12C forms issued is to facilitate the land owner to apply for Surrender and re-
alienation. Surrender and re-alienation of land (Form 12D & 12C) is usually done to enable landowners
who want to develop their land, such as 'agricultural' category land to be developed as land for building or
industrial construction to submit to the State Authority to be changed and in accordance with the planning
plan that has been established by the Government.
