Prosedur

Students must obtain ‘CERTIFIED PLAN’ for LOT with area minimum of 6 acres from
JUPEM
Students must obtain ‘CERTIFIED PLAN’ for ADJACENT LOT from JUPEM to prepare a
location plan and references during field measurements.
A student must obtain CARIAN RASMI from the Registrar Office or Land Office
(depending on the ownership of the lot)
Students should prepare a key plan using google map image.
Students should prepare a distribution lot for mixed development areas as follow as:
Residential:
Bungalow lot (minimum 5)
Semi-Detach lot (minimum 8)
Terrace house lot (minimum 2 rows)
Commercial (Shop lot) (minimum 2 rows)
Industrial (Shop lot) (minimum 1 row)
Open space
Reserve area (road, school, place of worship such as mosque, etc)
Students should prepare the pre-computation plan according to the provisions that have
been determined by the respective district where the land is located.
Students should prepare the pre-computation plan based on a scale A3 size.
Survey fees of engineering surveys should prepare according to the Scope of Services as an
attachment.
