WATER SOLUBLE DRAWING OIL

SEALKOTE W is specially formulated with extreme pressure additives. It makes stable emulsion with water
and recommended for deep drawing.

PRODUCT BENEFITS:

1. SEALKOTE W forms stable emulsion with water and has high emulsion stability.

2. It provides good corrosion resistance and long service life for the emulsion due to its resistance to
microorganism production.

3. It provides long term service life for the emulsion, by preventing wear and heat increase.

4. It is user friendly and economic.

5. As its pH adjusted it does not cause any harm or sensitivity on the skin.

6. SEALKOTE W does not contain Nitrite, Phenol or Chlorine and that makes it environment friendly.

7. High lubrication properties allow its usage for difficult operations like deep drawing.

8. It does not cause any harm to the machining tool paint and/or sealing and closure apparatus using at
recommended concentration ranges.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION:

Appearance : Clear Brownish Fluid.

Specific Gravity at 25°C : 0.950 + 0.05.
pH value of 5% Emulsion : 8.5 – 9.5

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION:

Use SEALKOTE W, as per following concentration depending on plant operation and condition:

Machining Iron and Steel : 5–8%

Deep – Drawing : 8 – 20 %

To make the emulsion contamination free water, preferably with low hardness is needed to maintain emulsion
life. To prepare the emulsion at first take the water then add SEALKOTE W with slow stirring. A separate
mixing tank is preferred.

Note: When the emulsion is prepared, never add excess water in the emulsion.

Concentration value should be periodically controlled during the usage and SEALKOTE W should be added to
the system when necessary.

STORAGE AND HANDLING PRECAUTIONS:

SEALKOTE W should be stored in tightly closed containers in well ventilated place, away from the source of
ignition. Electrical equipments and wiring should be as per standards regarding fire prevention. Avoid spillage
or leakage to prevent slip hazard. Protect from direct sunlight and rain. Storage temperature must be between
(+5) – (+40) °C.

HEALTH AND SAFETY:

This product is unlikely to present any significant heath or safety hazard when properly used in the
recommended application. Used or waste product should be allowed to contaminate soil or water. Used or
waste product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations. For further guidance on product
