SUMMARY
An entrepreneur who wants to succeed and wants his business to thrive must have honestly,
trust, openness, wisdom and innovative in order for their goals to be achieved. This is because,

when becoming an entrepreneur, there are various challenges and risks that an entrepreneur will
go through. Various challenges and risks can only be passed by someone who is an entrepreneur,
namely those who have the nature of entrepreneurship.

If this entrepreneurial nature is instilled in all entrepreneurs in this century maybe many new
entrepreneurs will start to develop. This proves the importance of the nature of entrepreneurship
in an entrepreneur in this century.

If it can be concluded, each entrepreneur those not start with a large capital but most start with
small capital. However, the nature of entrepreneurs who try to instill in themselves makes them
able to grow in line with the existing market and thus able to fight with other successful
entrepreneurs. This proves the importance of the application and practise of the traits that must
be present in every entrepreneur whether old or new. It is very important to ensure the success of
a business run by every entrepreneur in this country.

BACKGROUND OF THE BUSINESS


He started his business with developed a company at the address of Lot 568, Jalan Long Yunus,
15200 Kota Bharu, Kelantan on 1 July 2012 with a total of 6 employees, namely sales manager,

sales chief, a clerk, 2 sales officers and a general assistant. In 2014, the company opened a
showroom at Lot 4133 and 4134 Jalan Long Yunus, 15200 Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

In 2015, Dato 'Khairul opened 2 more showrooms, namely at Autocity Jalan Klang Lama and
Mayazia Auto Sdn. Bhd. which specializes in sales to used vehicles located at Lot 1483 A, B & D,
Jalan Long Yunus, Kota Bharu. Today, Mayazia Company has a total of 40 employees in various
fields and outlets.

 Other companies -for example Mayazia Company got the distribution rights of Proton brand
cars, Subaru and etc. thus obtaining the right of distribution of imported cars.
 It companies - Mayazia Company received an initiative from his own company for the marketing
of local cars and used cars.

 Selling used cars - This is suitable for those who are less able to own a branded car then used
cars are suitable for them.

Mayazia Company.
