It helps a team or a people to collaborate that supports their main goal and to
provide as a plan for a certain work or project that can be easily access by others
for them to edit, organize, control, etc.

I realized that the main purpose of collaborative tools is to lighten the workloads of a person
and connects to other people. It also brings people that are far from each other, for instance ,
this pandemic makes it harder to have a face-to-face discussion but technology makes it
possible to connect people and continue their living.
