Hello Marta, my name is Lenin,
and I am 16 years old. In my
city during the lockdown, we
can only go out from 4am to
8pm, we can not go to the
cinema, theater, or public
places. We can't go to school.
Our parents can only go out
buy food. These days I play
with my brothers, we watch TV
and we attend our virtual
classes.
My family is small. I live with my dad, my mom and my two
brothers. My father's name is Percy, he is 44 years old, his hair is
black and his eyes are brown. My mother´s name is Caridad but
everyone calls her "Kari", she has long black hair. My brothers
are younger than me, my brother Hans is 12 years old and my
sister Yamilet is 2 years old, she has wavy hair and is very pretty.
 My routine

On weekdays I get up at 6:00 am. I always take a shower and I

get dressed in 20 minutes. I have breakfast with my mother, and
I brush my teeth at 6:50. On Wednesday my mother goes
shopping at 7:00 and I attend my virtual classes from 7:00 to
12:30 pm. Then I have lunch at 1:00 pm with my father. My
father goes his work from 3:00 to 6:30pm on Mondays and
Tuesday. I have dinner at 7:30 and I watch TV for one hour with
my brother Hans and my sister Yami. I go to bed before 10:30pm.
On Saturday I clean my house with all my family and then we
watch movies.
H ealthy and unhealthy relationships
While everyone does unhealthy things
sometimes, we can all learn to love better by
recognizing unhealthy signs and shifting to
healthy behaviors. If you are seeing unhealthy
signs in your relationship, it’s important to not
ignore them and understand they can escalate
to abuse.

1. First cut the plastic bottle in two parts, one bigger than the other

2. Then paint each part with blue, black and white paints as shown
3. Next, Place cotton on the blue painted part
4. After that, raw the eyes, nose and mouth of the penguin or the
animal that you like the most
5. Finally, join both parts and place the fabric ribbon
