The onslaught of Typhoon Ulysses brought about unquantifiable damage in the country. One of the
regions which have been extremely battered is Region 2 and mostly devastated was the Cagayan Valley.

Anent to this, may I appeal from your good office the provision of Two Thousand (2,000) food packs to
be equally distributed to the LGUs of Amulung and Sta. Praxedes. These food packs will definitely go a
long way for them to survive this year's worst catastrophe.
