EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE 

WITH ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, ROBERTO CAAYON MORI, MARGARITA DABALOS, MERA

DEMECILLO, JUANITO MORI, and ROMEO MORI, of legal ages,
Filipinos, and residents of Kinawahan, Cebu, on our own volition,
declare as follows:

1. That we are the exclusive and only surviving heirs of the deceased

FRANCISCA CAAYON who died on _____________, at Kan-ambay, San
Remigio, Cebu;

2. That said deceased died intestate, without any Last Will or

Testament, and without any outstanding debts or accounts;

3. That the deceased above-named was a co-owner of a parcel of

land known as Lot No. 9997, located in Kinawahan, San Remigio,
Cebu, declared in the name of Sps Alejandro and Montana Caayon
under tax declaration No. 10594 .

4. That the above-described parcels of land are not tenanted and

does not come within the operation of the Comprehensive
Agrarian Reform Program;

5. That pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of

Court of the Philippines, with full capacity to contract, we do
hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the land described above,
pertaining only to the share of FRANCISCA CAAYON;

6. That FURTHER, and for and in consideration of the sum of ONE

HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00), Philippine
Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to our full and
complete satisfaction, we, do hereby SELL, CONVEY, and
TRANSFER by way of ABSOLUTE SALE unto SPS. JAIME H.
SECUSANA and MA. VIMA M. SECUSANA, their heirs, assigns and
successors-in-interests, all our rights, interests and participation
over the said portion of land;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands, this
