Dear students of Rinaldi Hostel,

Affectionate greetings fronnyour Hostel Director, Fr.Theophil.

I hope everyone is keeping well and taking an active part in the online classes organized by your
respectivedepartnnents.

In the background of the announcement made by the Government of Tamil Nadu, Fr. Principal has
written a circular regarding the date of the opening of the college (16th November 2020).
Following his direction, the management has decided to open the hostels for this academic
year. You are expected to be present in the hostel with your parents on 15th November before
4.00 p.m

As part of the process of getting admitted into the hostels, kindly follow the instructions given
below:

a) Go to the college website and click the link meant for 'hostel students' to confirm your
admission into the hostel.

b) Only those students whose name appears in the hostel portal are advised to bring the
request letter for admission, written and jointly signed by the parents and the candidate.

c) Along with the request letter, attach the proof of the online payment done (First
installment of Rs. 5000). The link for online payment is on the college website meant
for hostel students.

d) The hostel admission is only for those students who are approved by the Director and
those who make the payment of the first installment.

Note: If there is any postponementof dates of reopeningof the college from the part of the
government, it will be communicated to you accordingly. Until then the above schedule has to be
followed.
