1. With whose position would the company’s stockholders most likely agree?

Improvement is a key to make the business successful. Jim believes that profit
is important that business is exist to make profit. When you are in this business
hospitality organization whenever your company only focus on gaining profit then
your business is not in this department. If you want your business to be successful
then do the right thing to be your business is known in town so that your business
will not go down. In case if you want your company to grow you need to be good
at managing and you know how to do the right thing in your business. All
business doesn’t want to stay small company. Maybe in handling in this kind of
business you really need to study it carefully so you know how the business will
grow.

Jane also believes that survival important because without survival no profits
to grow will occur. So, in order in your business you really need perseverance to
achieve what your business should be able to achieve. Sally also believes that
have a better service that helps your company to be known. In this kind of
business, you really need to give good service to the guests because if the service
of your business is not good no guests will come because of the bad service they
experienced in the company.

Spiro believes that the main goals of any business is to get customers. This is
also one of the reasons why there is profit and the growth of the business so it is
really necessary to give the right for customers one of them is to provide good
service. Betty also believes that environment no matter how specific an
organization. even if the business is unsustainable because if it is in line with the
environments any business will surely grow but in the hospitality organization you
still really need good service and perseverance for the business to grow.

The company's stockholders most likely to agree Sally because having a good
service is one of the reasons why many businesses are rising and many guests are
coming. But everything they say is also important and useful when it comes to
hospitality industry because, Profit is the main reason why we put up a business,
Growth of the company is the big dream of every owner, Survival is also
important because without it you can’t have a profit and the business will not
grow, Services is one of the main products in hospitality management that we sell
to the customers so if we don’t have a good service to our guests they will not
come back, Customer is the need of every business, without customer it means no
profit because no one will buy or purchase the products so there’s a big possibility
that your company will go to the bankruptcy, Environment is also important in the
hospitality industry because this is the reason why the guests go to that certain
place its because they want to see the views or they want to relax and enjoy their
self, so we must also consider the environment when we put up a business.

2. What do you think the CEO would say? The employees? The guests?

The CEO would really choose the idea of sally. Good Customer service is often
at the heart of a business which aims to provide an exceptional service that leaves the
customer feeling valued and respected. We believed customers are the focal point of
any business. We found that having satisfied customers does not mean you are doing
a good job. Valuing and serving your costumer is the way to a successful business.
Regardless of what industry or business you're in or what kinds of products and
services you sell, your customer is the most important part of the business. Without
the customer, you don't have any sales. If you fail to take the customers your business
will be down. Specially to our field in hospitality management it is important to give
value and good services to our customers/guests so that they will come back to our
hotel or restaurant.

3. Where do you stand on the issues? (Or do you have an even different view?

We support the both views of every student because the company needs the six
different view/goal to be successful so that the company will grow. We should not
only focus one goal to our business because in order to the business to grow and
become successful we must apply and try different strategies. This six-primary goal of
hospitality organization of the students which is the Profit, Growth, Survival, Service,
Customer and environment has a big help to the company to be successful. Their
different knowledge are all important in running a business. All businesses have
access to an extensive pool of knowledge, whether this is their understanding of
customers’ needs and the business environment or the skills and experience. The way
a business gathers, shares and exploits this knowledge can central to its ability to
develop successfully. If all those ideas will be apply in a one business we can see that,
that business will be successful.
