REAL Time, REAL Fun, and Reconnecting - Events Calendar

Dear Bell Oaks Community Member,

Thank you for taking the time to provide input in our school-wide activities survey. We were
fortunate enough to have over 100 responses. Your feedback has given us a clear roadmap for
where we should focus our efforts for the month of February.

I truly feel ecstatic that we were able to get this initiative in place so quickly because it is going to
benefit our students, teachers, and community members alike. With our various instructional
methods in place, this will afford us the opportunity to stay connected with one another.

Attached to this letter, you will find a link to the events and activities that will take place in the
month of February. We will begin by kicking off this new initiative with our school-wide trick shot
challenge.

The calendar provides you with an overview of each activity, as well as a flyer with more detailed
information. I hope you are as excited as we are, and I hope to see everyone at each event. To meet
the needs of all our community members, you will see there are activities that take place during
school and after school hours.

As February comes to a close, we will send out another survey to get feedback from you and
hopefully help give us guidance when we move into March.

Again, I want to thank you again for all the assistance you have provided with this initiative. I look
