He was born on January 23, 1998 in Plantation,
Florida of Jamaican parents Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy
and Cleopatra Bernard, had two brothers and a half-
brother from his father, and although 13 was raised
primarily by his grandmother Tiffany Rodes, due to
the bad financial situation of his mother, 14 in
Pompano Beach, Florida and Lauderhill, Florida.
When Onfroy was six years old, he stabbed a man
trying to attack his mother14 and was finally put on
a youth program before being forced to live with his
grandmother.
When the singer was six years old, he tried to stab a
boy who was playing with his mother, and then he
would boast about it. As a juvenile delinquent in a
South Florida jail, he brutally beat a homosexual
prisoner.
Jahseh’s interest in music began after his aunt
convinced him to start attending the school choir
and later the church choir. He was soon kicked out
of the school choir, after attacking another student.
Jahseh was expelled from high school after a series
of altercations. Later, his mother enrolled him in the
Sheridan House Family Ministries for more than six
months. Jahseh began listening to nu metal, hard
rock and rap during his time at Sheridan House
Family Ministries, which led him to try to learn piano
and guitar
Jahseh attended Piper High School until the tenth
grade. He described himself as a "misfit" during that
time, citing how quiet he was despite being popular
and regularly participating in fights.
While creating hip-hop history under the name of
XXXTentacion, the rapper was fighting with concert
goers and throwing insults at superstar Drake. He
allegedly hit his girlfriend for humming another
rapper's song.
Jahseh uploaded his first song as XXXTENTACION to
his SoundCloud account in 2014, the song has not
been found but it is rumored that the title was
"News / Flock", the song was deleted and that he
said in an interview was on a mac that his mother
had.28 Before his death, Jahseh continued to
upload small parts of "snippets" songs that he
planned to release soon or remain unpublished.
Jahseh also released two albums in collaboration
with Ski Mask the Slump God, which he named
Members Only, Vol. 1 and Members Only, Vol. 2, in
2015 respectively. In 2016, he released the EP Willy
Wonka Was a Child Murderer, strongly inspired by
musical genres such as heavy metal and indie.29

His first worldwide success was "Look at Me!",

Which was originally launched in 2015 and re-
launched in 2017, being ranked number 34 in the
United States Billboard Hot 100 and in the Top 40 of
Canadian Hot 100.30
After leaving prison, Jahseh published three songs
on his SoundCloud account in April 2017.31 His first
commercial project, Revenge is an eight-song
mixtape, consisting of songs that he previously
published. It was published in May 2017, but was
subsequently eliminated for unknown reasons.32

His first album 17 was published on August 25, 2017

and was a project dedicated to depressive attitudes,
including songs with events from his personal life.
His greatest success of this album was the song
Jocelyn Flores.

On March 16, 2018, Onfroy publishes ?, his new

album, 33 which reached the number one spot on
Billboard 200, Billbord R & B / HH and CAN.
The most recognized XxxTentación albums are: 17,?,
Revenge and Skins.
In 2014, Jahseh was sent to a juvenile detention
center for one year on charges of possession of
weapons.35 36 According to him, during his
detention, the prosecutor tried to judge the artist as
an adult on charges of possession of weapons,
which according to Jahseh would have been a
sentence of 5 to 10 years in prison.

In July 2016, he was arrested and charged with
robbery and armed robbery.37 38 According to the
arrest report, Jahseh entered Che Thomas's house
with three other people holding a firearm. After
hitting Thomas with the gun three times, Jahseh
escaped the house with an iPad, an iPhone, a Sony
PlayStation Portable and $ 20.39 Jahseh was
originally arrested in Orlando until he was
transferred to Orange County.
In early October 2016, while awaiting trial for
robbery and assault, the rapper was arrested again
that same month on charges of illegal detention,
tampering with witnesses and aggravated assault.
On March 26, 2017, Onfroy was released from jail. on
bail while facing charges of robbery and assault with
a deadly weapon. His aggravated assault trial of a
pregnant victim was originally to take place in May
2017 and was rejected several times, and was
scheduled for October 5, 2017. On September 8,
2017, Pitchfork leaked the testimony of Geneva
Ayala, the rapper's girlfriend and victim in the
aggravated assault case of Onfroy. The trial was
delayed again with an announced date of December
11, 2017. The controversy arose once again after
Onfroy's decision to donate $ 100,000 to domestic
violence prevention programs and do charity work,
when Jahseh announced a event to support rape
victims, was canceled due to vandalism.
Jahseh's trial was delayed again after an affidavit
will be filed requesting that the charges be
"completely abandoned." The victim of the case
also refused to testify in court. In response, the
prosecution decided to divide the case in two, and
charges were filed against Onfroy for adulteration
of witnesses and a new trial date announced for
December 15, 2017.51 On December 10, 2017, Onfroy
posted a message on Instagram , writing "The date
of the court is on the 15th at 9:00 am here is the
information from the court, if I am in custody, I want
to tell everyone that I have disappointed that I
apologize." I did my best, I really did it. He then

Jahseh pleaded not guilty on December 14, 2017 and
was taken to pretrial detention, being held without
bail, and it was confirmed on December 20, 2017
that he was being released under house arrest.
Jahse 4h was released from house arrest on March
21, 2018. Shortly after being released, an old video of
Onfroy was released hitting a woman in the head in
2013. The woman attacked by Jahseh in the video
claimed several days later I was "terrified of her
life." Shortly afterwards Jahseh claimed that he was
being financially extorted by the same woman and
her family.
On October 25, 2018, a recording of Onfroy was
leaked, where he talked about what happened with
the victim he claimed had been misunderstood.
However, all the violence did little to hinder the rise
of Jahseh: from the bottom of SoundCloud to the
radio. In March, your second study? , debuted at
number one on the list among 200 Billboard albums.
The success, however, came while awaiting trial in
Broward County, accused of domestic assault for
strangulation, illegal detention and aggravated
aggression against a pregnant woman. His accuser,
Geneva Ayala, recently documented the horrible

In many of the photographs that show the artist
with his long list of legal problems, tattoos have a

"My mother had a hard time," he confessed to the
No Jumper podcast. "Raising a child was his last

But Jahseh discovered that fighting and fighting

June 18, 2018. This day Jahseh was preparing for a
charity of that same week. Jaseh had stayed with lil
tay to pick her up at the airport, when at the last
minute she said no. He changed his plans and went
to a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, when
leaving this two attackers he was shot from a dark
SUV in an apparent robbery. Authorities believe
there were up to three cars following Jahseh before
entering the RIVA Motorsports dealership.
Witnesses informed police that the suspects took a
Louis Vuitton bag from the vehicle of the victim. The
shooting occurred east of the city of Parkland; the
suspects fled the scene. The Broward County Fire
Department quickly took him to Broward Health
North. Initially, it was reported that Jahseh was in
critical condition following the shooting, and the
Sheriff's Office Broward County subsequently
confirmed his death.
Jahseh died very young, is dead affection to several
artists such as Billie Eilish, Lil Pump, Lil Xan, Drake,
Kanye West, 69, etc.
