INTRODUCTION

Global Medical Solutions uses a system called Oracle to help track employee
records. You can use Oracle to perform tasks such as updating personal information,
requesting a salary certificate, Leave Management and accessing your pay slip

This guide will teach you about the following uses of Oracle:

- How to log in to Oracle


- Reset your password
- Leave management

LOGGING IN
To log in to Oracle:

• To access the Oracle SSHR, go to https://eaig-weberp.eai.ae


• Enter your username and password (If you are a new employee, you will need to request
these to the Employee Relations Department or call 024036666)

To access a service, click on an item in the list on the left-hand menu.

In the SSHR home page (screenshot below), click on “Leave Management”

A. LEAVE MANAGEMENT
The Leave Management section enables you to track and monitor your leave balance and
to apply for annual or sick leaves .
• Absence Summary tab - Lists all the leaves you have taken since your joining date.
• Entitlement Balances tab - Lists your leave balance.

7. PRINTING THE APPLICATION
To be able to using the system , you have to check your balance, apply leave , then print the
leave request form and ask your direct supervisor for approve (manual signature )

Important notes:
After your direct
supervisor approve
your leave request ,
please scan and
attach copy with
your request in
oracle, and send the
original form to
ZMH administration
for there reference

9. DIRECT SUPERVISOR APPROVAL
After your direct supervisor manually approved your request, please go back to oracle and
follow up same steps and update your (saved request) by add/ attach the support document

13. APPROVAL STRUCTURE
All requests through SSHR oracle have Approvals Structure, employees will start the process
by applying requests, ZMH administration as first approval, GMS- HR as second approval.
And each approval will receive notification after submit, approve, reject requests

17. CHANGE / UPDATE / CANCEL THE REQUEST
All employees have the right to change , cancel, or update their leave request after the final approval
if they have a valid justification.
To make any change, go to “Absence Summary tab” and choose the action by clicking the
correspondent button as shown below. The request will go through the same approval process
described above.
