Subject:- statement regarding fake and fabricated allegations against Under

singed.

Respected Sir.
It is to state under your kind authority as under:
1. That I Muhammad Zubair Lakho Excise and Narcotics inspector, former
working in District South apprehended a person named Waqas Ahmed
S/O Ghulam Mustafa where as two persons successfully fled away.
2. In this regard I launched an FIR against the accused Waqas ahmed U/S
6/9-C dated 04-11-2019 in which the two absconders named
Muhammad Essa S/O Gull Muhammad and Yousuf Niyazi S/O Anwar
Khan were pointed guilty.
3. The accused waqas ahmed is still in jail custody and his efforts for bail
has been rejected even from High Court.
4. During the remand period, I arrested one absconder Named Muhammad
Essa S/O Gul Muhammad (the details of their interrogation as well as
Investigation attached in annexure A and B).
5. The second absconder named Yousuf Niyazi S/O Anwar Khan has been
declared as Ishtihari by Honorable Court.
6. The case is running in Model Court since last one year.
7. After getting bail accused Muhammad Essa S/O Gul Muhammad is trying
to threaten me from different corners and trying to grease my palms so
that I could provide him relaxation, but in my eyes criminal is always
criminal.
8. All the documentary evidences of court proceedings are attached
Annexure wise from A to H.
9. Annexure H shows the upcoming hearing of this case
 Prayer:
(1) It is prayed to your kind authority that the matter maybe considered
with justice.
(2) The complainant’s entire story may be considered from Annexure B,
D and F.
(3) I pray to your kind authority to save me from this International
Criminal from which I am afraid of dire consequences.
(4) The accused Muhammad Essa s/o Gul Muhammad is trying to
misguide you, and it is requested to let the court decide the matter.
(5) His complaint is the violation of Court rules and comes under
contempt of court, for which I have to intimate the Honorable court
as well.
